To my valued clients,

After more than 20 years dedicated to cutting hair, I’ve come to a point where I need to step back for a while. It’s time for me to focus on my own wellbeing, reconnect with my son, and give attention to the development of Koyo’s business side.

Please know that this decision is about taking the space to recharge, to ensure Koyo stays strong. I want to reassure you all that I’m okay despite personally going through a tough few months. For those with upcoming appointments, I’m genuinely sorry for any inconvenience as I cancel them for now.

I’ll still be present at Koyo—taking photos, handling the behind-the-scenes work, and staying engaged in the life of the business.

I happen to work alongside some of the most lovely & talented freelance hairdressers that I’ve ever met. As they’re all busy and run their own business and appointments, I’m unfortunately unable to directly move existing appointments to an alternative stylist. However, if you head to the home page of the website, you’ll be able to view all stylists availability and book from there. 

I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to be around me at Koyo at the moment. To Abbie, Lizzy, Jade, OB, Fazzy Dan, Ben & Ash: Thank you for everything!
